该生产线是将较薄金属卷板整平、剪切成块状板材的设备。通常由上料小车、开卷机、托板压引装置、校平主机、活动过桥、导向纠偏装置、定尺机构、覆膜装置、剪板机、输送工作台、气动排料架、液压升降剁料台、运料滚道台及液压系统、电器控制系统等组成，协同动作plc控制。
